at 1:33 you can see traffic is very slowly following what i assume is a long line of cars following the camera cars to pull off to the side.

try riding in the midwest, where winter freezes and cracks the pavement every. year. they either try to patch them, and the filler just crumbles and pops out, or they just let them get worse until they resurface the whole road...
