The name is "Penance" now, dad!

They already made the best Fantastic Four movie we're likely to get, so why not?
Well yeah, the nice thing about the relative abundance and occasional high quality of superhero movies nowadays is that I no longer feel the need to actually see all of them, and can pick and choose instead. I still haven't seen Green Lantern, Wolverine: Origins, or Amazing Spider-Man 2, and probably never will. …
The short answer (for the Marvel Studios ones at least) is it's leading to the 2-part Avengers 3: Infinity War, when Thanos will finally get all the Infinity Gems and become God, and probably kill like half the universe on a whim (or at least, anyone whose contract is up) before being defeated by the remaining heroes…
There are literally trillions of microorganisms living in and on the human body (http://en.wikipedia.org/wik… )
I don't really get the reviewer's gripes about the episode. The character with the toxic view of relationships is explicitly a homicidal maniac with extremely incorrect views on things, and Melody seems like a perfectly nice if goofy woman, so as far as I can tell he's offended on the behalf of some hypothetical…
You and me both, Dipper.
Hey! The last… uh, third… of the season was pretty good! Mostly.
Yeah, I see your point.
Wait, WHAT?
For fuck's sake, does *anyone* remember the actual wording and intent of the bad apples analogy? It's that "a few bad apples" SPOILS THE BARREL. It says the exact opposite of what you apparently think it does.
Yes, with the guy-in-monocle staring at another guy-in-monocle. That might have been my favorite small sight gag in the episode.
Thank god there's an explanation, I noticed I didn't like the animation and art in this one as much as usual. The characters all seemed to have the chubby bulbous cheeks at all times, for instance.
My Little Pony:FIM blew a villain into small chunks onscreen in the season 3 premiere. Twilight Sparkle also seriously tried to kamehameha a bad guy into oblivion in the season 4 finale, but it didn't take. I'm sure she's around in the comments though, she can tell you about it.
So, is their ship name Chipper?
So I wonder, do kids nowadays know who John Henry is? Is classic American folklore still a thing in English class?
Sigh…
"Sometimes evil keeps it pretty caj~. Sometimes good is kind of a dick. Such is life!" I feel like something along those lines is mostly what they were going for, although it partly depends on what they do with PepButt in the future.
Yeah, that kind of weirded me out since I was expecting there to be some connection, but I guess they just reused the character design and put different clothes on him, and they're supposed to be the same "race".
Hasn't PB been shown to be mostly aware of his dark magic doings and just not cared about his "wacky hobby"? That's the impression I have, I don't remember from where, though.
Exactly, it was kind of messed up, but not actually sadistic. Candy people are kind of like golems or something, they don't follow normal biological rules, as we saw when PB changed ages by losing and gaining mass externally, or Cinnamon Bun got baked into greater competence. PB or her ancestors probably had a hand…
