You're right—it takes a lot of resources to analyze metadata, which is why the government is now the largest employer in the US and hiring thousands more analysts to do the job. It's amazing what you can do when you can print all the money you need.

I agree, not a bad idea... in theory. It would make the internet a better place is most cases. The exception being if you're one of the billions who live in a country where you can get jailed/executed for speaking your mind online.
