Umm, perhaps there's another songwriter's catalogue you need to familiarize yourself with.  But it's true, it does sound like a Hitchcock title.

I always wondered myself about the show's constant use of "candy beans" instead of "jelly beans."  Whether there was some sort of trademark on the name, or if there was some other reason for it.  One of those funny little things that I never got a proper explanation for, and maybe there isn't one…

I'll see you those (most of which I referenced in another thread before I made it down to this one), and raise you one of the highlights of the otherwise erratic Cinemax season, "Das Boobs" (another hybrid parody, combining "Das Boot" with every sniggering teen sex comedy of the time, from "Porky's" on down.

Not unless you look at it in an "oh, how the mighty have fallen (down a manhole and died)" sort of way.  Apart from the weak, hackneyed jokes throughout, Brooks even appeared to have lost his sense of pacing and timing, which were the things that made even the least of his pictures before this at least watchable.  And
