*Sigh* Duke is not misogynistic, look it up in a dictionary.

@hbkotaku
Hey... yea... so... that response was appropriate.
You want someone to address the points brought up? Okay, here goes, I'll address most points that reviewers are bringing up as being bad. Warning, this may get in the region of tl;dr...
Watch out Depeche, I've done my homework. Let's take a look at the writers on staff at Triptych games, formally a few members from 3D Realms, which we all understand created the game...
Haha, not your main point? Your entire post was lamenting Duke for being misogynistic.
Step one. Get a dictionary. Step two. Look up misogyny. That is all.
Correct form is "you're not a misogynistic sexist at all."
Yet another guy (or girl) commenting on a game he hasn't played. That opening video was awesome, huh? I mean, it's obviously the only segment of the game you've seen, save for the "alien RAAAPE!" scene. If you played the game, you'd realize that while yes, women are shown to be pretty brainless, but, and here's the…
Except THIS GAME ISN'T MISOGYNISTIC. Seriously people, get a damn dictionary.
Lies, Duke is not misogynistic. Get a dictionary.
Lies. Duke is not misgynistic, get a dictionary.
Well shit, again, IF you play the game, it wouldn't be so far out of the question to believe that those women consented.
@Driveshaft Yes, it DOES matter if you see it or not. I'm not going to get into a pseudo biological discussion about the reproductive habits of aliens in a Duke Nukem game, but for all we know the aliens telepathically put their offspring in there. You see this is what I'm talking about. People went into this game…
So wait... I don't get it... Was she not invited? Or did she feel like she was excluded because it was at a strip club?
...Is this a joke? Perhaps my definition of rape differs than yours. What I see when I play through this part of the game is basically Bodysnatchers with topless women.
Mmk...
If you're working on your graduate thesis, you may want to actually play the game first. Duke Nukem implies alien-to-human rape, but if you're going to slam this game you must also slam Ridley Scott's Alien for actually SHOWING alien-to-human rape.
People will always hate games. I look at a show like Jersey Shore and think to myself "Man, TV has really gone down the tubes" when I'm sure there's some TV enthusiasts out there who cringe whenever that show is mentioned.
I watched all 15 minutes and 53 seconds of that video. Nowhere did I see a woman being raped.
