Yes, because two tech start ups are bad, that means all small dev teams are evil. Or you could just admit that you’re a cheap bastard.

Yeah, fuck the small start ups trying to just get by, it’s not like they need food on the table too.

I don’t think you understand what microtransactions are. Paying for an app once isn’t a microtransaction any more than paying for a cup of coffee. Microtransactions are when they give you the app for free and then nickel and dime you inside the app.

Considering some of the out of control crashes I had, I was lucky to be flying in nearby wide open spaces far away from any other people. But if I lived in a more urban location and all the nearby wide open spaces always had other people using them, those out of control crashes would have been extremely dangerous.

This is a ranking for beginner drones, so it’s going to be for people who just want to try taking videos flying around their neighborhood. Once you’re doing acrobatics you’re probably beyond beginner drones.

But yea, this is a symptom of the imaginary trend that people *WANT* a thinner phone. I stopped asking for a thinner phone about 5 years ago.

I used Project Fi for a while before dropping it and switching to Cricket. Project Fi was only worthwhile if I was very stingy with my data, and eventually I got sick of trying to avoid using data to keep costs down. I just wanted to use my phone whenever I wanted without having to worry about how much the data was

It’s not so much that Google doesn’t seem interested in making a universal chat app as much as it’s fucking impossible to get regions to switch chat apps once it has settled on a de facto standard. Unfortunately, the US is the only country in the world with a combination of (a) enough iOS market share that iMessage

Then you get wedges with a “weapon” barely attached pushing each other around. There needed to be some sort of incentive to ensure “use weapon to cause destruction” was that primary method of attack.

One thing I will give ABC credit for is prioritizing weapon attacks in match scoring. While it led to a few wonky results, it prevented the tournament from devolving into two wedges pushing each other around. Two wedges pushing each other around - effective but boring. Using weapons to cause destruction - fun to watch.

Krafcik also spoke at length about how “a group of Google engineers, roboticists, and researchers set out on a crazy mission: to prove that cars could actually drive themselves.”

My family went last year, and probably the most memorable thing we did was get our daughter (6) in Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple at Hollywood Studios. But get signed up early! I was at Hollywood Studios with my daughter before they even started taking tickets, and went directly to the sign up station (next to

There’s been lots of smoke about updates to messaging on Android in the near future. I assumed that announcement would be the headliner of I/O. Is my timeline off?

But New England’s ebullient mastermind is one of the 20 appointees to Trump’s President’s Council on Sport, Fitness, and Nutrition, which will be co-chaired by Mariano Rivera, volleyball legend Misty May-Treanor, and Herschel Walker.

Snooze is a great idea if you use it for what it was designed for, like clearing dinner reservations, movie tickets, flight reservations, etc. from your inbox until you need them again. Using it to enable your procrastination is a terrible idea.

Did you actually read the article? Including the bit about the Obama administration’s years-long crusade to kill thousands of people (including civilians) with flying death-robots?

I can still have schadenfreude at all the rubes who thought they were donating to protect “religious freedom” and got duped.

It’s not perfect, but I still think it’s an added layer of security that will be useful to some people. Sure, thieves can still break your car window and steal the package, but it’s still an extra step beyond just picking up the package as they walk by. That step is going to deter a lot of would-be thieves, which will

Did anyone really expect this to outsell much cheaper products from Google and Amazon?

Anybody want a peanut?
