@XeO3: I agree - people's priorities are messed up.

@medea_sin: Agreed - I think the only game in which I enjoyed taking pictures more was Beyond Good & Evil, but that was less because of the photography mechanics and more because of the scavenger hunt feel of it.

Don't knock DOA Paradise - I happen to love games that utilize photography as a gameplay mechanic.

To answer the question in the title of the topic: Halliburton.

@PoweredByHentai: That is the best thing I have seen on Youtube ever.

@SamL_: Beacuse it was unusually apropos to the topic in a way that the editors wanted to draw attention to. I happen to agree with them.

@battra92: I highly suggest reading any child "My Father's Dragon" and the rest of that series. The map at the beginning of the book alone was enough to fascinate me as a kid.

Wow - Best PS3 game went to a Valve title. Never thought I'd see the day... (wipes a tear away)

Am I the only nerd who at-a-glance read the words "Aerial Faith" as Aerith?

@rayne117 -: I'd consider the runners in this race (as of today) iTunes, Blockbuster, and Netflix. Blockbuster has a broken leg.

@Koztah: I think that old PSX thingy (not the PSOne, the other thing) had a built in PVR.

@Squirrelbot3000: Agreed. And Netflix is aggressivley adding every day. They are the ones to watch in this race.

@Koztah: If they used a kind of bypass into a hardware-based encoder that was not part of the main system at all, they could do it without effecting the framerate - but they'd need to redesign the motherboard and likely add $50 worth of kit to the inside of the box.

@miquonranger03: And I agree with both of you - purely digital copies of games should have a basic pricing scheme of 50%.

@Brauner02: Yes. On the PSP! The PSP was like a renaissance for the PSX in my home - once I got CFW, I went through my whole collection of PSX games and put them on my PSP and played them all over agin. Parasite Eve, Silent Hill, Crash Team Racing.....

@TrainAss: If I want to play PSX games on my PSP I just buy a copy on eBay or something and rip it onto my PSP manually since I have no PSN support on my PSP. Small price to pay!

@Archaotic: While I agree that so far the non-KCET developed SH games have not felt like Silent Hill, I must say I really enjoyed Shattered Memories (aside from the otherworld parts) I really liked the whole metaphorical interperetation of key things in SH.

@Nethlem: Well, to be totally accurate regarding the PSP, the newer PSP models have fallen victim to the incredible success of the earlier PSP model's CFW success.

@Koztah: OOOH - I was trying to avoid a torrent of flames, but I too loved RE3. It was the only game where you got to really explore Raccoon City! A close second to RE2 for me. (and I liked the Carlos swapping action)
