No it isn’t. Many very relevant authors have written about the robot take over scenario. Just because you don’t want to believe it is possible, doesn’t mean it isn’t.

Why does it have to be a replacement? Why can’t it be humanities version 2.0? Upgrade some of the bad features, while making sure we keep the ones that are at the heart of the program.
