Doom wasn’t baby mode, it was “Please don’t hurt me” mode. As in you’re a tough as nails killing machine acting like a baby. I can see the other point.

Honestly, I think if a game is enjoyable, it’s well worth $18, maybe more. I remember when Portal came out as part of the Orange Box. I loved that part so much I bought it again when it came out stand alone.

You know, nobody answered the important question here. Is the TV and game console OK? Can he keep playing while recovering? :)
