$27 mm is nothing to a company the size of EA. That probably have a few times that amount set aside specifically for legal defense. EA came out way ahead on this one.

I'm at 10 bucks, only because the sale came at the wrong time for me. Got the Casino Nights stage for Sonic Gens., Bastion, and a pack for Super MNC. I'm eyeing Recettear pretty hard though...

The licence was never necessary. It was a great football game and I played the hell out of it when it came out. Even with the shorter games, it never moved fast enough for me.

If you include Wonder Woman I think you also have to include Captain America. Before the movie they had a similar amount of exposure, but his "death" made national headlines.

I haven't seen it yet, but if in fact Gwen Stacy does die in the new movie, it's a great win for Spider-Man storytelling. It's probably the second most important event in SM lore.

I would say that Hulk is more recognizable by far. I would go as far as placing the Hulk in Tier 1 in place of the FF. The Avengers just make it in in the past few years.

The actual life of the PS3 will extend years beyond the PS4 release. You won't regret buying in now.

That's not an uncommon feeling around here. People have been out of work for so long, regular boredom isn't special. That's how I've felt during my jobless stretches.

(sigh) I Think I Can Beat Mike Tyson is a song from DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. From the 80's. #overyourhead

Lol...that predates the Attitude Era by about 8 years.

I'm guessing you never played the original MW. If there was ever a NFS to return to, it's this one.

Spike has Kotaku, Molyneux, and Sessler, so I'm gonna go with that...

This is exactly the reason why Sony considered, but ultimately chose not to go streaming only for PS4. Most of the U.S. doesn't have high enough connection speeds to stream or download at the pace required to do either consistently. It would be a massive oversight, one that can't be done until ISPs build out their

He's American, yes, but he's definitely not a United States citizen. It was the US who would ultimately drive the Native Americans to a fraction of their original land, not the British.

The Revolutionary War is the perfect setting because there where multiple powers in play. Not only American and Britain, but France, Spain, and the Dutch. It's already been said that he'll be playing all sides. It's a very interesting period to portray.

On My Player in NBA2K12, I'm a big athletic swingman with a propensity to shoot. I was also drafted to the Knicks. My internal stories have centered around whether people think I'm a mini-Melo. I took over the team and lead them to the title in my rookie year (w/ Melo hurt for most of the regular season.) Many of the

I'm playing through the game and I'm absolutely stuck on the final boss. I've heard that it's a cakewalk with the Typhoon, but how does that fit into the stealth playstyle? Without the Typhoon and with my enhancements disabled, I feel like I'm being punished for every major decision I've made in the game.

The FB version of Risk: Factions is really good. I've been playing for 2 months straight, with multiple games going at a time. They just opened up their lobby to different play settings, so you can play a game with 10 min. turns. The only bad thing is its really hard to unlock the other factions without friends

It's not just the Scahfer project though. They've had 3 projects break $1m in the last month or so. Kickstarter is a disruptive force in the creative space, and definitely one in the video game Industry
