That scene of the CGI cars actually looked to me like it came out of the MMO game, it was jarringly different from the shots right before/after it. But, I'm still with what seems to be the majority opinion of "cautiously optimistic."

Speaking of which, whatever happened to "Ask a Physicist?"

Well, it's about where the borders of Ohio, Nevada, Maine and Kentucky meet so I'd say it's good.

I have been going to the AMNH since I was a kid, and I'll always remember the T-Rex standing tall in the lobby even though it has a more "realistic" posture now. The dino floor is still my favorite place to visit (but the Rose Center is a close second).

Agreed (personally, I didn't really like "The Angels Take Manhattan" anyway). The best part of the Atraxi speech is that he makes them come back because he's not done yelling at them yet.

I believe Eleven says the Earth is "protected" when he's talking to the Atraxi in "The Eleventh Hour."

Are there any omnipotent beings who aren't jerks? Or is this one of those "any sufficiently advanced technology = magic" things, and we just think they're jerks because we are merely potent?

True, but the original Pike was paralyzed by radiation poisoning, I feel like they could have still justified if they wanted to. I'm fine with the fact that they didn't want to though.

Still not as good as "must go faster, must go faster" from Independence Day/Jurassic Park.

Wait, Pike can walk again? Slightly odd, I liked the homage in the way they worked it in to the first movie.

Best Ivanova speech is this one though...

Congratulations again and thanks for a great party!

It's not supposed to, but there is precedent (most notably August).

I don't think bringing Michael to 2167 unmakes the Observers, it just eliminates the need for them to invade in 2015. If the Observers never exist, then September never interferes in 1985 and Peter would never be in our universe in the 2015 we see in the last scene (there's no indication that the Amberverse events up

"If this season had one fatal flaw, it's that we haven't really spent that much time learning how the Observers' world works."

I thought the show "Deadliest Warrior" did a pretty good job showing whether that stuff was accurate (or how powerful those weapons actually were), they used high-speed cameras also.

I think that's most likely because it only lasted one season and a lot of people might not even remember it (which is a shame).

Definitely! Also, it's R Lee Ermey-cameo approved.

Um... didn't Nine kill all of the Slitheen by blowing up 10 Downing Street? I think he gave Solomon / Filch / Walder Frey his chance to seek forgiveness but not having a second chance was a theme throughout during the era of both Nine and Ten.

Also, I don't think they knew exactly what it was going to do, it seems like Parrish just wanted to get them out there to enhance or perhaps activate new alphas (kind of like Magneto's machine from the X-Men movie). I don't think Parrish wanted them to fix it because he specifically told his lackeys to recover it if
