The tourists would come whether we had royals living in the buildings or not (and we’d be able to keep them open all year round). Versailles and Neuschwanstein don’t suffer from a lack of present-day royals. The royals are a financial drain on the UK.

The royals aren’t funded by the taxpayer...ANYMORE! After centuries of living off the public dime and amassing obscene amounts of wealth, they decided that was enough. Now they get rich through investing their “private” wealth.

A lot of their activities are taxpayer funded, namely security, the whole army parading, visits, etc etc.

Considering I saw some demo footage of Beyond Good and Evil 2 the other day and had a panic attack at the scope they’re going for, hearing this is like getting wrapped in a security blanket.

Take of those rose colored glasses and look at the Square release list of 90's. There were some true classics, but you can’t deny that 20 years ago, almost to the date, Square released Ehrgeiz, which was a mediocre game that sold on exactly the same kind of shameless Final Fantasy cash in that Brave Exvius does.

Square doesn’t actually make the game. That being said, it’s a pretty good game - I like it better than quite a few of the actual series.
