Jason is a fine reporter, but his sources aren’t necessarily. Also, have you googled the gamecube for Switch VC? it’s bloody on every site anywhere. But it’s as baseless as it gets (the segment next was just to illustrate the Wii U rumours from fiver years ago).

Solid point, even if a gamecube game makes the Switch VC, that still doesn’t mean any particular gamecube game has been announced for Switch at all (and may mean you’re game of choice won’t appear at all).

Good luck with the responses from all those that can’t read long stories but still feel inclined to defend fan-service.

X is way smoother, although I tend to keep the 3D on and that makes the game drop a ton of frames in battle. Which I thought was a real shame. SM dropped the 3D in battles entirely.

Doesn’t it drop tons of frames with you? (because I worded it badly initially, I meant dropping tons of frames)

Sure does, strangely though I found that Pokemon Moon was a tad more dificult than most Pokemon games, even with the experience share on. Nothing on the level of fan games, but still enough to keep the potions and revives stocked during your adventure.

Playing on a new 3DS, even regular double battles are a mess. I appreciate the new graphic engine in Pokemon Sun and Moon, but man the lag is just killing.

Last time Pokemon Stars was speculated I had a knee-jerk reaction where I argued the rumour is nonsense. But man, I really want it to happen now (Pokemon following you around is the shmizzels).

I know, but Kinja comments don’t display in chronological order, so you were the first one I encountered on this site.

While I don’t disagree, seeing these faces for the umpteenth time kind of destroys of the humour of the faces as is. These stills do communicate a lot I’ll give you that any time.

I really should start to watch this season. These stills really remind me of Medabots, and the humour in that show was top-notch. (The dutch dub was excellent, haven’t seen the original or other dubs).

To be fair, (haven’t seen the anime) these faces play of situations. So I also feel these faces unfunny, but they might (and probably are) funny in their context

Well Oracle of Ages explicitly states the River and Sea zora split, Also Laruto is shown as the ancestor to Medli and it’s stated in the game to be that Zora’s evolved into Rito’s. So Ganon didn’t kill the Zora’s.

That and the ambush (which i didn’t see coming) really were the most exciting bits to me. It means that encounters will force some experimentation out of you which in turn means that the encounters become less repetitive (something that’s still a small naging fear I have for this game).

I very much agree with you. Although the times Nintendo did put some ethniticity in there (Arab Gerudo) wasn’t exactly the most tactful of moves. Skyward Sword’s Impa had a vague African feel to me though. Breath of the Wilds Monks have a southern Asian feel to them.

They have been making that move yes, but up to Twilight Princess Link didn’t really have a character (outside of some really basic backstory).

Well, hyrule drying up means that there would be two hyrule’s (Spirit tracks’s new Hyrule and classic Hyrule). Couple that with the fact that the Master Sword was shown in it’s classic pedestal and not in the position it ended with the Wind Waker means I’m doubting this is the case.

I’d like to know your opinion upon rewatching Nintendo’s own youtube upload of that segement. Being very much asleep during the VGA’s (euro time here), I could only watch the uploaded segment, and I never noticed any particular slowdown myself. I have to admit I have a bad eye for stuff like that though.

While true that most religions have institutions that will deny an individual his/her religion, that doesn’t change whether someone identifies with that religion. Heck I’ve seen many people across various religions that proclaim themselves religious while avoiding any and all concregations or practices thereof.
