I am horrified by the McDonald’s story, primarily because I just spent at least an hour documenting a minor injury one of my staff got on the job two days ago. I’m a manager at McDonald’s. The employee in question thought she was fine. I still had to document it, which included having the employee talk to a nurse on…
How many points do you think Kim would be worth?
That is not him, that’s Michael Jeter. Jeter played a condemned murderer. Hutchison played Percy Wetmore, a creepy and violent guard who comes to a very bad end.
Of course he did. Who's better than Ezra?
Oh God I want “Good job, Banana” to be our new Kitchenette meme.
The biggest joke is Scott Walker is FROM Milwaukee, which is why his supposed disinvolvement in Milwaukee politics is total insanity. He went to school in Milwaukee (and dropped out, of course), he’s lived in Milwaukee and Wauwatosa for many years, and silliest of all, he was formerly Milwaukee County Executive.
I would do anything for meatloaf, but I won’t do that.
Upon my return to her table, she meekly asks me, “Can I have a glass of ice, please?” Wow, my first please from her. ...Wow, a thank you, too....she finally figured out not to screw with restaurant servers. The best part, they left a huge tip too, well in excess of 25%.
Dear fellow readers of Kitchenette:
Well, I know it’s going to be easy to criticize this guy and everything he did but, in fairness, I think he did a great job directing Argo.
But they didn’t fly nonstop. The couple allegedly landed in Las Vegas for a little thing I like to call...a layover.
Here’s the organization & the contact info for the “gentlemen” who made this ruling:
I live like, 2 miles from there. This surprises NO ONE around here. The city of Wheaton didn’t allow liquor sales even into the mid to late 90s, and didn’t allow dancing during my own childhood (I’m 38). This school is an embarrassment to live near. The city of Wheaton is where you’d expect to find a school like this…
I saw what you did there (with sn)! :D
She was looking for some work—she didn’t want a fling—when she got a nanny job with Ben and Jen this spring. What was she to do, what was she to say, she needed the money. But over the next few months her bosses went to war—she was there to watch the children, but their father saw more. She had youth! Jen went poof!…
How I hate(d) Linda Tripp.
some time in the mid-90s I fell out of my bunk bed and hit my head. My parents took me to the ER, and the doctors asked me various questions to determine my mental status. One of them was “Who’s in charge at the White House?” I deadpanned “Hillary” and had the whole ER laughing. I was seven or eight.
The suggestion that Hillary was actually running the White House in the 90s is the first thing that’s made me want to vote for her. That was a good fucking decade.
