“I guess the question I’m asked the most often is: “When you were sitting in that capsule listening to the count-down, how did you feel?” Well, the answer to that one is easy. I felt exactly how you would feel if you were getting ready to launch and knew you were sitting on top of two million parts — all built by the

Where is the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing? They have passed like rain on the mountain, like wind in the meadow. The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow.

“Who am I, Gamling?”
“You are our king, Sire.”

I’ll take “Movies I Absolutely Will NOT Watch in IMAX,” for $100, LeVar. That shit was vertigo-inducing on a small window, no way could I handle that on the big screen.

A $10m Deadpool movie would almost certainly still bring in half a billion dollars, which would be a huge win after a string of diminishing returns on increasingly inflated budgets. I kind of hope they let him do that next. I’m not sorry we’re getting this huge multiversal nostalgia party, but I’d still like to see

I’ll never forget how much some people argued with me that the MCU Cap has super-strength. I would point out all the ridiculous and obvious demonstrations of it (like single-handedly holding down a helicopter) and they would bend over backwards trying to justify how a normal man could do it (including holding down a

Time lines and canon aside, simply getting these two guys on screen at the same time will make for a hilariously good time.  That’s all I need out of it.

Personally I feel we need to up the ante with the Musk cultists.

You couldn’t write a murder mystery script for a movie as accurately as what’s happening here, in real life.

So proof that an orangutan has more medical knowledge than COVID deniers...

There’s too much confusion with the varying size of both kitchen implements. We really need to standardize this with something that everyone knows automatically and that doesn’t have much deviation: The cubesat was the size of three adult guinea pigs fucking.

Mullet lamas.  Why did it have to be... mullet lamas.

Those guys have got balls of steel to fly on that thing. I’d be constantly worrying about whether the hatch bolts were only finger tightened, whether they missed some flammable tape, or the new chutes were made out of Chinese canvas to save money.

Got to say using the stealth suit for a start is a big improvement over the Red White and blue comic mess from Falcon and Winter Soldier .

This is on the right track. Also, remember, Shakespearean doesn’t necessarily mean over-the-top dignified; Shakespeare was FULL of humor, bro’ jokes and penis jokes--plenty of room to add that to a Thor movie.

I agree. Thor, at his core, is a very Shakespearean over-the-top character, very gothic. I’m not saying the dour approach that Thor 1 and 2 took was right either, but I think something in between might be the right call.

I always thought Ragnarok could have had the humor turned down about 10% and been better. Love and Thunder was just too much. Maybe you don’t want to go the full Waititi with these movies.

Though Zendaya isn’t Mary Jane, she’s Michelle Jones.

Ragnarock trailer revealed Hulk, spoiling an amazing moment. L&T trailer revealed Jane Foster as Thor, which the source material took SIX ISSUES to reveal.
