Yea, I was pretty surprised by that in the video. I fully expected the screen to reassemble itself after being dropped from the shoulder level distance.

I do care about it dropping and shattering, but I'm just as much concerned about it being scratched with change/keys in my pocket. Or if you're a chick, purse.

I've been driving for 16 years now, and have only received 2 speeding tickets in my life, and i drive anywhere from 10-15mph over the limit on average. I'm not sure how fast y'all drive, but i know a lot of people seem to be more dependent (as a security blanket) on those things than is necessary.

This is what I don't understand. If the truck were on it should be attempting to connect. If it can't locate a signal, there should be a log of the GPS devices not being able to get a signal for minutes/hours at a time. If that's the case, then there is either something broken with the device, or something is going on

And if you watch it here (40s mark), you can see what it looked like from the point of view from the pilot: [www.takeofftube.com]

*snickers* she said "creamy head"

that's my thought. The Environmentalist are going to be pissed that he's swimming that close to coral with something that could hang up on it and rip a huge chunk off.

yea.....it was fake.... :rollseyes

The guys behind this campaign. Just sayin'

lobbyists

Geez, when will Apple innovate. All they are doing is ripping off Google Maps. Invent a different way to tell people how to get from point A to point B without an digital map.

"While the HTC interface will struggle to be as slick as that of the iPhone..."

And how do you know they didn't crack it? We are talking about the Feds right? They have more tools and backdoors into whatever they want. It's not as if script kiddies are the only ones that can hack.

funny rant...and to pore even more fuel on the fire, in the link it's called the Market "plate".

Is this just on the full version or Mini as well?

Small and modular isn't the problem. The problem would be for it to withstand the ungodly number of G's it would need when it's launched. Going from 0-5600mph in a matter of about 20ft will turn most anything to garbled mush.

...and I giz'd in my pants.

I eventually downloaded this Greasemonkey script to show the ratings before clicking the video. It keeps you from being duped all the time: [userscripts.org]

dude. the joke is old
