"any distance past the circle" - that would be a rule to unlock the phone and thus a predefined gesture, would it not? Granted, it's a "predefined gesture in an arbitrary direction", but a predefined gesture nonetheless.

So it's not just any gesture. Its the gesture that has all those features. The default Android device will need to remove the arrow on their icon to unlock it, but besides that i think they are OK.

If Palm/HP enforced their patent on the LCD dial pad, then every other phone will have to change over to rotary dial.

My really old Palm Treo phone had a physical slider to unlock it. Does this patent distinguish physical from virtual sliders?

How's SIRI working out for you? ;-)

If they had started with "Microsoft Apple", heads would have exploded.

LOVE the design of this. Absolutely sleek looking. And LOVE the wifi capability (though i probably won't use it often).

proper grammar: "a lot funner" = "much more fun"

I got my parents to buy me a cash card. I don't mind mooching off their membership.

Nice try, but I think 2-5 can be affected by alcohol.

Does it have a backlit keyboard?

He said it is a "CableCard tuner", which makes it essentially a cable box. And the tuner and graphics card are different things. Go look up "Ceton CableCard tuner" to see what that is.

I don't really have a comment on this lady, but those tits in that picture look amazing.

Not sure if it's an HTC thing, but my search on the HTC Sensation also searches the calendar. Though the calendar wasn't pre-selected in the "searchable" options.

That would be amazing, but i think Tivo and their patents would have something to say about it (if you're talking about making it a DVR).

I don't think that's real for one. Seems a little fake. Secondly, if the girl actually waits for him to ask the question, i feel it's a bit on her. She obviously knows whats going on. Stop him before he makes of fool of himself if you are that adamant about it.

The CDMA network is garbage. Because they haven't/can't upgrade it (like ATT and TMobile have done to their 3G network over the years), they are stuck. Any added devices are causing the networks to essentially crater. I was on Sprint with my last phone, and when i started, i was getting 2+ Mbps.

The last picture she should look good, but have a frown because she isn't enjoying life! haha.

"stupid decision"? - Sounds a bit harsh there. Some people have different values. And living as long as humanly possible is often not on the top of many people's lists. In the words of Frank Sinatra "he did it his way".

Sounds like a taser to me. Don't photo me bro!
