That's why I always order Aglio Polio.

Looking forward to this. Big fan of Michael Schur - I read the interview in his voice in my head.

Is "Is Nell Carter dead?" going to be a recurring feature?

Opposite problem for me. Young me was not good at picking out the right individual tones. I had obsessive dreams about that spaceship keyboard in a way that only a kid can have.

Pilot Viruet!

And props to Mulaney's tailor. That blue three-piece peak lapel suit with ticket pocket is bad-ass.

Good for them! I remember when it was just a discography of electronic music, useful for finding obscure foreign stuff, like the latest Hooj Choons releases. The way they album versions into "master" releases is great and really useful for finding which version of "Auntie Aubrey's Excursions Beyond the Call of Duty"

FWIW, when I saw the "In Plainsong" tour in Pittsburgh, there were around 6 Adore (and Adore-era) songs in the middle of the set. There wasn't
anything overly soundscape-y that I recall. It was about 1/2-2/3

Maybe Diabolik or Quest of the Delta Knights? They aren't good, but they are recognizable as movies, unlike, say, The Skydivers. My favorite to actually watch though might be Hobgoblins which is at least fun if not well-crafted.

"Where Oh Werewolf" for me!

CIFF five!

Yeah, I saw it at the Cleveland Film Festival and was pleasantly surprised as I didn't have any expectations going in. Happy to see it getting a good review here (and getting a review at all!).

I really like the strict timer for the plugs segment. None of that bullshit Pardon the Interruption wrap-it-up ding - just a harsh, unforgiving cut.

Hmmm…

They lost me at Nick Swardson, but had me back at Paul F. Tompkins
ordering from a Pizza Hut/Taco Bell, but then lost me again at the
nu-metal title smash.

Same! I first heard of it from a Cracked TV episode, which is still one of my favorite bits of internet.

It really is ahead of its time. It wouldn't be out of place on a new Dan Deacon album or the like.

I might be considered a "foodie" (though I prefer the term "chow hound"), but I hate small desserts smeared over a giant platter like that one. There's no way to eat it without using your fingers (which I do, because hell if I'm not going to try to eat as much of it as I can) and you lose a lot of the dessert just
