Not really. Death is what gives Damien more power. They obviously wanted him to be fuelled by thousands of deaths and make him almost invincible/unstoppable. I don't see another way of doing that.

It's a shame, it's not like she doesn't have a reason because damn, has Felicity had a shit year!

It's not just used for Felicity character development. The death of all the people in that town just powered Damien even more. That's what the final scene was all about. He's stronger now.

We need hot Bratva Oliver who snaps necks and stuff. I wanna see him dark. Plus Anatoli is awesome. They can't mess up Bratva flashbacks, right? RIGHT?

I don't know about you but I'm actually on the edge of my seat with worry that he might die in flashback. Such suspense!

I don't get Donna/Lance. I don't know why they felt they even had to have that scene in this episode. It slowed the pace down a bit.

This is the show that thought sister swapping was totally okay and something forgivable so…yeah. It's definitely that kind of show lol.

Next week looks like it's all about Thea and Oliver trying to save Thea, a plot we've done many many times.
