This is exactly why Tesla’s days are numbered. The only reason they are relevant is because they were the first to the party. Tesla customers have put up with so much that wouldn’t fly with a legacy automaker, just because it’s Tesla.

Just wait until the big automakers really start swinging their weight around the EV

exoskeleton get the fuck over yourself dude. its a unibody. theyve had them forever. hell hondas sold a unibody truck for almost twenty years now. and noone knows what the power and range are. fanboys were happy as hell they got the most powerful 500 mile+ triple motor ct and then phony starks like, oh were not doing

By the time they ever get around to actually selling them, Rivian, GM, Ram and Ford will already have theirs out.

Nothing you mentioned is innovative. Range and power are at this point iterative. Lockable storage? Ahahahahahahhaha....

I love this comment so much.

Millions.... they will sell millions of them? from a company that sold under a million cars as an entire fleet of actually good looking cars. You think this fugly monstrosity is going to outsell everything else in the entire tesla fleet? your drunk bud. they will be lucky to sell a single one after the initial orders

“Damn my wiper blade tore, ripped, froze, whatever”..... Shit - I have to special order a 52" blade from Tesla, and I’m <insert any midwest city here>. Guess I can’t drive until it arrives. Sorry - Had a subaru tribeca (Early model) that required dealer only wiper blades, won’t ever do that again. Being able to goto

The Cybertruck is fucking stupid. Elon’s childish hubris will turn a pickup truck that should be a massive sales hit into a flop. Besides Tesla nerds, there is no market for a dumb toy like this. Silverado, F150, Rivian, Hummer, et.al. are going to run away with all the new electric truck customers while Elon sits

Elon doesn’t have a personality.

As if this design wasn’t already stupid enough, the presence of the 50-inch wiper blade only confirms that Elon knows nothing about functional automotive design and his random wet dreams shouldn’t be acquiesced to. What he fails to realize is there is an NHTSA-regulated percentage of windshield area that must be swept

I love how there is a Cybertruck owners club for something that hasn’t even come out.

“Man, tell Elon he doing too much.”

This could be an American “Clarkson Farm”.  Please make a series about the Ferry Boys.

(another) Translation: this looked like a great idea until Ford and Chevy demo’ed trucks that will beat ours in every category except boxiness.

delivery and commercial trucks that can be charge overnight and do not need long over the road range make sense. No need to wast gas idling when EV can work.

I believe it’s real. I do not believe it will be cheap.

My boss’s wife has one. He and I were talking about it the other day and he described it as fragile without going into detail other than feel.

Completely agree. Id take one of the new Hyundai/Kia twins as well. The special sauce Tesla has is its charger network but there are also lots of ppl out ther that can charge at home, like me, and would use an EV as just a daily driver and id never come close to running out of range 99.5% of the time.

If you’re the type of person who reads the fine print perhaps you don’t deserve to own a Tesla.

Another reason to not buy a used car right now. The pricing is insane. Just buy new and wait.
