I watched the videos silently, but is there something that says what the speed limit actually is? I’m assuming it’s 25-30 mph tops (it’s a wide road, but still residential) and the worst offenders seem to be going faster than that.

They are so perfectly spaced to absolutely catch a vehicle at the worst possible point of their oscillation, it’s impressive.
