This really doesn't seem to change anything. They're just promoting people who were already involved with the movies/DCverse. So unless these guys are the rebels working in the system I can't see them doing anything differently, other than enacting budget cuts per the accounting departments downward revision of

15 years from now when they do the reboot.

they probably dug out that dart board Ronald Moore used to determine who is a secret Cylon.

what i'm opposed to is how much armor the girls have. I mean come on where's the battle bikini?

It ties Escape from NY into the same universe too. Soldier is a recipient of the 'Snake Plissken' award.

Yes Soldier needs more love.

I was actually watching Escape from NY last night. I can't remember but did they get the self lighting cigarette into LA? They mentioned not being able to get it to work like 5 times in the commentary on NY.

you do realize even in an ideal world everything you just suggested would take half a decade at best to match the oil shortfall Saudi Arabia could cause in a single day if they felt like it. or they could just pull out their trillion dollars from the US economy, which is something they already rattled earlier this

exactly what could we do that wouldn't result in Saudi Arabia reducing oil shipments and causing a global economic emergency?

Egypt's plan (assuming they actually have one) seems to be to turn Libya into the another Sinai peninsula. As long as all the extremest stay bottled up there they won't won't do much else about it. Though I think this may also reflect the fact that the Egyptian military isn't anywhere near as strong as it pretends.

sex sells.

I wonder if the rate of the weight loss makes a difference? I would think that a rapid weight loss the body would react to that as thinking the person was starving and would do what it could to slow down the burn rate.

Gumball is for sure lower middle class. mom is probably one pay check away from losing the house judging by her constant stress level.

Raising Hope.

The Hand like so much Naruto was nothing but filler arcs.

Thinking about it some more the show could be best described as McGuyver with amnesia solving murder mysteries.

Yeah I remember Brimestone too, though I have no idea if was actually good or my childhood memory just being disappointed it didn't even survive one season.

I liked John Doe, though I'm aware of how dumb it really was most the time. Mostly because the only "island off the coast of Seattle" is my hometown, Bainbridge Island. Though I contest the "coast" part of that statement. Seattle does not face the ocean it faces the Puget Sound. When you say the coast everyone

I remember finally being convinced when I watched Die Hard on DVD. It had a little extra feature that explained the whole 4:3 cropping to letterboxing effect. In the VHS era that was basically impossible to do without wasting precious tape time to show the difference. So it just wasn't clear to people just how much

story wise it was all the cut scenes from any final fantasy game. So no the story was pretty bad with no game play to distract you. Graphics wise it was the best at the time but clearly years to early to be doing humans. Pixar was right to make their first movie about a bunch of plastic toys.
