I don’t know. Nuking the site from orbit was a pretty solid idea, and that’s plenty of firepower.

Although it may seem reductive to cast a woman in the role of “protector,” which can read as very maternal

I’ve seen a lot of people suggest that it’s Matthew Modine in the cell, with Hopper being trapped in the Upside Down, which would make sense. As always, if you don’t see the body they’re probably fine.

iMDB says she has what looks like a small role in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

It’s not like anyone told them “hey, by the way, the residents of this dimension are real assholes”. They’re flying mostly blind.

I guess this is just what happens when you film a scene of choking on your own vomit in the first episode of your TV show.

Of course when an affair happens the person who’s married comes off as worse than the one who’s single, that’s just universal.

Still, if you like enough musicians it feels inevitable that one of them will eventually end up doing something horrible, or at least stupid. You could wake up one day and find out Will Toledo has converted to scientology, or Tom Waits could be an anti-vaxxer.

Can you honestly imagine Trump just sitting down and listening to a rock album? I can’t.

Why would you assume people condemning someone for drugging and robbing people is being insincere? Sure, anyone’s an asshole if you assume everything they do is a lie as part of an elaborate conspiracy, but what she did is terrible for some pretty obvious reasons.

Look at any comparison of prison sentences by gender. People react much more harshly to violent men than violent women. Ted Nugent was invited to the White House by the same man who suggested Comey might deserve the death sentence and keeps saying Hillary Clinton should be in prison. To suggest that the difference

What? Men are punished much more harshly for a lot of offenses, especially ones linked to violence. Do you really think that if someone D-list male celebrity was holding a severed Trump head people would be alright with it? Ryan Seacrest wouldn’t be able to pull it off. It’s a difference of party, Republicans are fine

It’s the same thing either way. You can’t have a “White People Only” parking spot. Is veteran parking a thing? I don’t think I’ve seen it.

Really, for the entirety of the Android/Cell arc he has maybe one meaningful fight, and he loses.

Are there that many fights in DBZ where Goku is both weaker than his opponent and actually wins? He’s weaker than Raditz, although there he basically just grabbed him and let Piccolo handle it. Stronger than Nappa, could be as strong as Vegeta with the kaio ken, stronger than Frieza once he went SSJ, never beat Cell,

Just makes sense. That’s always something that feels weird about Batman, he’s going up against these serial killers and mob bosses but none of them really curse.

Now playing

Reminds me of when Jason Mantzoukas was on a show pranking people who just wanted an apartment.

True, but Jodie was never one of the more interesting Daria characters. And Daria at least ran at the same time as Beavis and Butthead, instead of 20-something years later.

She got a little more developed, but she’s still not exactly pivotal. They have that episode together, but other than that I can’t think of many times they really hung out. Even in the finale movie, her plotline isn’t really all that connected to Daria’s.

Jodie? Was she one of the ten most important characters in that show? Fifteen? This is like if twenty years after the Simpsons ended they gave a spinoff to Sherri and Terri.
