You’d probably like it. Aukerman brings the same sensibility, but he has more material to riff off of. What I did was find a few episodes everyone loves, like episode 356 or the first appearance of any Andy Daly character, and then once I did that for a while I did go back to the beginning. I have to admit, there are

Isn’t she getting her own film, though? So presumably she’s not dead dead. Tony seems super dead, though.

Exactly. Wanda is both known to all the audience (I’ll admit, I was waiting for CM to come out on blu-ray, so I don’t know her yet) and has the actual connection to Thanos. I say give Wanda all of Carol’s big showboating scenes, she doesn’t get a lot of time to show off.

Don’t forget spear-lady from Black Panther. At least Mantis and Wasp have powers, she’s just a person with an antiquated weapon.

But it’s not about budget, it’s about narrative structure. El Mariachi was made for the catering budget of an episode of Big Bang Theory, doesn’t mean it’s less of a movie than that.

It’s not their fault, but that’s the framework for the show. If you make a TV show people will stream, you can’t ignore the particulars of streaming.

Didn’t Ronny basically just get shot in the cheek, a la Fight Club?

I agree with you, basically, but they do still need the bodies to do stuff. They need arms to punch, or legs to walk, so it makes sense to me that they need a head to see.

But those virtual eyes still seem skull-based, I’d be very surprised to see a wight keep fighting effectively while blindfolded, let alone decapitated.

I don’t think that works for the Khals, or the bit in Quaithe where she kills the sorcerer.

Dismemberment still bothers them. They can only do so much without their senses. And I wasn’t sure if dragonglass would work if used pre-wighting.

Even book-Dany isn’t fireproof, it’s just a show-Dany thing. Other Targaryens are more in “enjoys the desert, takes weirdly hot baths” territory.

We’ve seen full-on Harryhausen skeletons fighting.

I don’t know. The NK is clearly intelligent. He has plans. He’s tried to assassinate people, he has a sense of humor, he presumably made a conscious decision to put on a shirt at some point.

Does anyone worship him other than Sam? His own men and his ex girlfriend both tried to murder him. Jon’s honorable, but I don’t think he’s meant to be good at his job.

They want us to believe it has. I’m not sure it actually adds up, but they have to do something about the aging process, otherwise you end up like Breaking Bad, which is technically a period piece because almost all of the content that took six years to make is supposed to take place over the course of about a year.

I wouldn’t say she’s been presented as being asexual, she’s just been busy. There weren’t a lot of opportunities for her to engage in normal teen flirting when she was dressed as a little boy, or hanging out with the Hound, she wasn’t exactly going to Braavosi ragers.

meaning they can’t function correctly, & are incapable of googling.

If you call a cauliflower product a word that can either refer to another product OR a method of preparation

If the premise is “a restaurant with attractive waiters”, it still needs to function as a restaurant.
