Its frustrating to be sure, but towing these trucks out of the way is just going to result in violence. The kind of bro-truck, redneck mentality that leads to them ICE-ing, comes with a hearty helping of macho posturing as well.

It's all relative. I've been watching YT videos on the Industrial Revolution and the Great Depression. Life in a factory or coal town was far more grim than today's. 

I live in a suburb of a medium sized city in the heartland. I am in NYC regularly for work and I'd rather shove shards of glass up my ass than move there. That is the most overrated place in America. Lovely for a visit but an absolute hellhole to live in. I lived there for six months and hated it.
