Wouldn’t restricting one set of American citizens (those of on the no-fly list) still be considered unconstitutional? I mean, that’s their - the gun lobby - argument right there. It’s not like they can go: our guns are our guns. Except for those dudes.

The no fly list is a secret, no visibility into who’s on it or why. Seems like a real bad plan to restrict firearm purchases based on a secret government list.
