Yes purchasing a formal dress(es) is definitely the way to go, but is an extraordinary on-going expense unless the actress develops a certain "look" — Jackie Kennedy for example. Purchasing gown(s) would be entirely impractical for a trend-chaser.

Wrap the open foil packet in plastic wrap, the toss it into a zip bag.
In my experience, the "no-make-up" or "bare-face" look in when photographed in hi-def is accomplished in post-production. Both for still-image and /or video. I've only worked with a few male and female models that could withstand "bare-face" in high-def.
No make-up for high-def digital photographs is decidedly different from a "bare-faced" running to the grocery store look, especially for high-definition digital cameras. High-def cameras require an entirely different technique for lighting and make-up.
Really? Me too. That's how I leave the house most mornings unless I'm traveling to DC or Baltimore for an important presentation. On those occasions, I do a "full-face".
For make-up in this shoot, I'd guess a light dusting of the most translucent powder available — just to keep any shine down. Chapstick on the lips to get a very matte "natural" look. Pinched cheeks for a slight bit of color.
I disagree. No make-up is truly no make-up. However, as Almost-summer states below:
Yes.
Naw, even before the Bobby Brown hook-up and later marriage, I had heard that Whitney had a substance abuse problem. I'm from LA and was working in entertainment at that time.
In the past, I have dated many wonderful men who know nothing about "current" feminist activism or it's politics. However, all are old enough to remember the 1st / 2nd wave feminism of '60s/'70s, and those are the guidelines that they follow.
I enjoyed the film. But then again, I had read the books, as well as the numerous, often long-form articles about Chris Kyle.
For recorded broadcast performances, there are a separate set of rights that may be accorded to the performer, one of these would be synchronization rights and / or retransmission rights. Another set of rights to be negotiated, especially if the "songs" are made available on any of the Internet streaming networks (to…
Thank you so very much for the excellent explanation.
Please forgive my complete ignorance of football. I read the article above, but it was beyond my limited comprehension of football strategy or tactics. After watching this year's Superbowl, which was quite exciting, I'm left with two important questions.
Bobbi Houston has her Grandmother legendary Soul / Gospel singer Cissy Houston, Dionne Warwick as a cousin, and Aretha Franklin as Whitney's Godmother.
My older brother attended Boston U / MIT back in the '80s. I used to up and visit on Spring Break. One time, we got on the wrong train on the "T" and ended up in South Boston. My brother said: "We gotta get out of her RIGHT NOW". My brother took of running like an old school OJ Simpson Hertz commercial, dragging me…
Hah. My brother attended Boston U / MIT back in the '80s. I would go up to visit on Spring Break. On time, we got on the wrong train on the "T" and ended up in South Boston. My brother freaked and said: "We gotta get out of here RIGHT NOW." My brother took off running like an old-school OJ Simpson Hertz commercial,…
Perhaps, they just fell in love and married like "ordinary people"? By your logic, no sensible "civilian" should date a celebrity and expect to carry on with job / career. Why the expectation that Amal Clooney should abnegate her prestigious job and be content with being a "celebrity wife"?
As for the celebrity, and extra security? That's necessary for George Clooney — basically he has to live in a fortress. His home in Lake Como is continually stormed by paparazzi.
As I remarked in another comment on this post, Berkeley CA is one of the most intolerant cities in which I've ever lived — despite public perception.
