I mentioned this in another comment, but while we’re talking about diversification why are we using broad categories. The different categories we use currently are:

This doesn’t specifically have to do with the article, but I don’t understand why we lump different nationalities together when talking about diversity? Why is it White men, Asian men, Black men, etc.? In the category of “white men”, we have multiple countries throughout Europe as well as any Middle Eastern person.…
