you know.... I’ve been warning about this since the always online thing was announced. as someone who heavily played hardcore mode (I’m fond of roguelikes), this pissed me off the most. you can have the world’s greatest internet connection and still lose characters from shit like this.

Considering he has a recording proving that the death was not in any way his fault, Blizzard should have a way to res his character. No mercy is one thing and is expected on Hardcore. Correcting an error caused by a connectivity issue is another.

Losing a hardcore character sucks! But it happens. Roll a new one and better luck next time!
