Protip: The vantage audio is a short clip. In the Collections in the menu, there’s a longer text that tells more of the story. There’s also poems for the flowers, and story for the Banuk Figures if you choose to collect those.

I loved how they showed a window into the “Old World” via vantages. The text from the vantages also offered a lot more than the audio portion.

Horizon was a rare game in that I genuinely didn’t want to put the control down till I found out what exactly happened to everyone and collect all the lore collectibles.

Didn’t realize the writer of New Vegas did Horizon. That explains why the story was so good. It’s full of great world building and an excellent sense of progression as the world gradually opens up and feels larger the farther you go.
