To me... What we’re seeing here is people inviting unnecessary opposition to their very valid points...by using inappropriate inflammatory concepts - such as “rape” - and neglecting to clarify that such use is merely metaphorical.

I’m kind of shocked that as a law student you are having trouble discerning the difference between two very different concepts:
1 ~ “do no harm”
