Totally insane. Apparently it could be like 4 feet tall. Real life, I say, real life Foghorn Fucking Leghorn.

Another great example of the owner setting the culture for the whole team.

The craziest part about this is there is a non-zero chance that Buddy Hield finds his stroke, and Boogie Cousins finds his punch, and the Kings look competent in hindsight!

Book it: He’s losing to Federer in the Wimbledon final.

You know the fact Smart didn’t even actually foul Butler makes the night that much worse...

He’ll never beat Federer or Nadal so who cares.

Obviously he’ll be a key part of making the Washington Racial Slurs great again.

Nah he would have to name it after Marcus Lattimore.

“Players were allowed to ask out.” Oh well, goodness, I had no idea that the staff was both so professional and so caring that they graciously allowed unpaid athletes to request to sit out of a specific workout.

It is really nice to hear the culture that the brand new strength and conditioning brough to Oregon is one

You don’t just get rhabdo from a tough workout. Especially not 3 people during the same work out. A line was crossed, clearly, most likely during the “hour of continuous pushups and up-downs.”

The fact that they put players through it, again, is ridiculous.

You certainly don’t need to be on roids for rhabdomyolysis to hit you after an intense workout. It often comes from repeated eccentric contraction (such as lowering yourself down on a pushup) to the point of extreme muscle fatigue. The real problem comes when someone “pushes through it” which is why you can see it so

Rhabdo is no joke and hours of pushups is a great way to inflict that on folks, especially if they are high level athletes who have had some time off. It is crazy that someone would program this for football players that are counting on their strength and conditioning staff to make them better, not hospitalize them.

Well, Gus Johnson does have a point. Nothing helps heal psychological trauma like hanging another banner in Happy Valley!

I’m only hear to say that Todd Gurley is clearly the best thing about them, and it is an abomination that Fisher is being allowed to ruin his second season.

The article seems to corroborate things we’ve heard from the Wall Street Journal among others.

For anyone who just assumes “oh well the US institutions are strong, we’ll be OK...” this shows just how fucked we might be. How do institutions deal with an administration that not only doesn’t have any regard for them, but will blatantly challenge them out of sheer ignorance?
