Are there ten women publicly condemning cheaters for every man who does so? That seems like a rather dubious, unsubstantiated claim. According to the latest Associated Press survey in the US of 2016, men actually are more likely to cheat - 22% of husbands vs 14% of wives -but whatever, it’s roughly similar.

Also - before I unstick all of this nonsense from my craw - a man calling out a cheating girlfriend is at least as likely to be seen as the innocent victim of an evil whore, while a man cheating on his girlfriend is at least as likely to be seen as a player spreading his seed, and gain ‘alpha male’ points.
