Only a small fraction of the flights experience this problem. I wonder if this is the glue that is used to seal stealth skin over the avionics bay door. Perhaps when an avionics unit is serviced immediately before flight, the glue is still fresh and fumey.

Perhaps now every new contract will include a requirement to use a glue that remains non-toxic at operational temperatures; the burden of proof and the liability to rest with the contractor. Of course, it will be a long, long time before this country can again afford to develop a new manned fighter. BTW, the PAO for

I believe a BSOD occurred during today's presentation. They quickly grabbed a second device to continue.

Lol, you mean the Global Hawk? Last year, the Iranians captured a Sentinel claiming to have jammed the command link and spoofed the GPS such that the emergency mission resulted in a soft landing. Far fetched, but brilliant if true. So maybe this time they miscalculated their spoofed GPS altitude.

It's a shame that many who have grow older with Neil have lost the ability to hear the difference high fidelity can make. My dad always preferred AM radio because this newfangled stereo thing just messes up the sound.

A quick Google (Broan fan litigation house fire). Root cause seems to be the use of aluminum windings, which had been employed when copper prices were sky high.

Broan fart fans have also historically been known to cause house fires.
