Incognito has suffered from Small-Dicked Asshole Syndrome for a while now. Sadly, I think Martin has some kind of certifiable personality disorder, possibly a schizophrenia variant.

That commenter is another ticky tacky Russian troll bot doing “Look at me, I’m a fire-breathing progressive!” cosplay.

I mean sure he’d make more money up front, but if he has a long MLB career he could end up making more money. Not to mention there’s always the possibility of suffering a career threatening injury on any given play, or developing CTE and having a poorer quality of life when his career is over. But who cares about

Bernie Bros who hated Hillary with a misogynistic furor created a sexually hostile work environment?

As a citizen of Washington State and someone who has supported Inslee’s gubernatorial-ness through voting I take issue with the sarcastic nature of this post. He’s a pretty solid candidate you guys, stow the snark please.

I’m a big fan of AOC, and her win and actions since have certianly been newsworthy. Similarly, De Blasio is in charge of the biggest city in the country and is therefore also newsworthy. Cuomo is someone who’s been trying to sent himself up to run for president all his life and needs to be opposed at every turn, not

Seriously, if you just went with Splinter (as well as the MSM) you’d think AOC, De Blasio and Andrew Cuomo were national figures instead of a freshman legislator from a deep blue district, a mayor and a shitty hack Governor.

Eh, for what it’s worth, the article got picked up by the Google news algorithm not long after publication, which meant it was getting dumped directly into the feed of every Google user who has an alert setup for “Elon Musk.” For one thing, that’s a lot of people, only a very tiny fraction of whom are regular Deadspin

Always nice to be lectured by dudes who literally don’t know what a “fact” is.

Just FYI, when I get back to my computer from the bus stop I’m gonna ban everyone who came here to defend this doofus. Thanks.

Please, keep doing what you’re doing to continue to bring these crimes into the public eye. Someone has to.

Economist here - it hasn’t been debunked.

“He’s not Aaron Rodgers. He’s a poor man’s Aaron Rodgers,” says the man who looks like a poor man’s Aaron Rodgers.

But the term is “domestic violence”, not “domestic” “violence”. Words, like letters, often take different meanings when combined in specific ways.

Not sure what level of sarcasm you’re operating under or if you really think this article is being “needlessly pedantic” but I suggest actually read the article. Take notes this time instead of just coming up with a lame quip.

If you have to limit player compensation, why not also limit coaching compensation? Maybe a tiered salary cap structure for head coaches, assistants, etc. based on years of service (like for NBA players) and conference membership.

I don’t want to dismiss this but this and every other sort of compromise solution that gets kicked about always defers way too much to the schools and their cries about the sanctity of amateurism. The players are adults and citizens, they should be allowed to negotiate their own wages or be part of a collective

Something to do with the school’s colours, garnet and grey, and it’s also a horse racing thing or something.
