Just checked out the theme very briefly, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but on the website for Dreamlyfe Lux Theme, it says

First time I've heard of that—how do you like it?

Rainmeter is awesome too, if you have the time and patience to learn a bit of Rainmeter syntax and whatnot. Even as just a system monitoring tool, it's definitely one of the best I've seen.

I like your response, but I'd also like to note the irony of your username in the context of your response, too.

Ah, that's a fair point, I never really thought of it that way before.

There's a difference between looking at the star ratings and cursorily reading through a couple a randomly scattered comments, and actually taking the time to cull the opinions of the Internet denizens. For those of us without $900 to drop, I don't see why making a Head-Fi thread, saying something like "Hey guys, I'm

There's debate about whether or not such an effect exists (mostly within Head-Fi, no less), but it seems like it's either a) no burn-in effect, or just listen to it regularly and listen to it evolve, if it does; or, b) burn it in for 200-400 hours first. It doesn't really seem like there's a middle ground...

Yeah, I think I missed that part.

Don't tell me where to put my flour measuring scale!

Inside a safe in Hernandez home police found a scale and a dish used to weigh drugs.

Okay, now that DOES make sense. I can definitely attest to my own perceptions of time while looking back at school, work, etc.

What's the other side of the psychology? Does being exposed to the same stimuli over and over again make you feel as if time is passing more slowly? I doubt many inmates would perceive time as passing too quickly for them (or cubicle workers, or bored students, or people caught in LA's rush hour).

Any way you could pass along your brother's information? I just left Chicago a year ago but I still manage to go back occasionally. I'd love to look him up next time I'm in town.

Thanks for the tips! Just out of curiosity, where's your brother located? Nowhere near Columbus, OH, I'm guessing...

Just out of curiosity, why the dry cleaners suggestion? Does a trustworthy dry cleaner usually imply a trustworthy tailor? I've also seen tailoring offered at places like Nordstron Rack or J.C. Penney's—are those places to avoid, or is it only okay if you know somebody who's had a good experience already?

How do you find a good tailor? Yelp?

Interesting point. I think that explains why I've found that driving to a new location always "feels" like it takes longer than the drive back ("Oh, the highway's right here? It felt like we drove a lot longer when we got off the highway a couple hours ago").

Hilarious office pranks will no doubt ensue
