Where would you least like to go for a book reading? Deep South? Alaska? Middle of Nowhere, Oklahoma?

I work in IT support at a bank. Typically, my manager doesn't mind if I'm in shirt and jeans because I'm behind the scenes anyways. As you get promoted up and you're interacting with more senior level people, that's when I would start dressing more formally. As always, take cues from the people around you (unless

True, but I don't want my boss to hear me blasting my gangster rap when he comes knocking at my cube.

I think the logical next step for this (once it gets un-Lifehacked) is to include maybe a regional filter to this. I think it'd be really interesting to see which beers it recommended to me are brewed in-state, and therefore potentially easier to find/to make a trip to visit the brewery.

But....there IS no cleaning for pour overs (unless you have a Chemex)...Just dump out the filter and the coffee grounds when you're done steeping and boom you're done cleaning.

I haven't actually heard of Counter Culture. I'm guessing they're not as fresh as Tonx, judging from your comment. How do you like the rest of it?

Did Adam just repost Likehacker's own Melanie Pinola's post? Yes. Yes he did.

I think David Lee's injury is actually helping the Warriors out more than they would've thought possible. Barnes is a revelation (hated his guts at UNC) when they go small, and forcing the Spurs' bigs to defend pick and rolls near the perimeter is really hurting them.

edit: Goddamnit grammar, why are you always betraying me

According to Google, "Spurs are too old" has 42.7 million articles. Assuming half of those are reposts, that gives us 21.35 million. 21.35 million nickels is $1,067,500.

Agreed, and I didn't want to take nothing away from the Warriors, and especially Harrison Barnes, who was perfect from the line and took advantage of the Spurs' game plan to double the Warriors' more dangerous shooters. And you can't even really blame the fact that the game was at Oracle (70% and 65% from the line at

Yeah, that's probably it, and nothing to do with the fact that a 79% free throw shooting team during the regular season only made 14 of 23 of its free throws last night (an abysmal 60.1%). 79% of 23 is 18, which would have won the game in regulation with points to spare. Tim Duncan, who only made 5-9 free throws, is

Love that it's "35-year-old Stanford MBA graduate Sam Hinkie", and not "Houston Rockets' former Vice President of Basketball Operations Sam Hinkie". Can't give him too much credit.

Yep, definitely more clear, thanks!

Sorry, I'm a bit confused by what exactly they're doing. So they send you small bags of 4 different coffees every month/fortnight, and then you have the option of purchasing a full bag of whichever roast/bean you liked most if you want. Is that about right?

True, that would be simpler. I think the original Kindle Fire (don't know about new Kindles) would hide the status bar while something was in full screen, but once you paused it it would show the status bar and give you the option to pull it down or resume or whatever.

Ah, I see now. Thanks!

Why is it only available on a Nexus device? Shouldn't any rooted phone be able to download and use this?

While messaging apps like Handcent and Chomp show you a live window when you get a text that lets you read and reply, GMail, GTalk, Facebook, etc don't have that. So if you're using a full screen app, like Temple Run, I don't even think you would see notifications (correct me if I'm wrong). As such, this makes
