But ya, could be. Like Top of the Lake, the rich and powerful were disgusting rapists. < Spoiler alert.

Ya know, Tuttle is dead. It was mentioned briefly, combination of pills.

I was a camp counselor and I was amazed at how much some of the younger girls knew about sex. They had pornos and shit. I was like, good god, is this normal? They were like 12. I don't know if it's anything to do with the larger plot, more like Marty's daughter is a ho and "reality" is setting in. Could be wrong.

He got his creative writing degree at the University of Arkansas, in my hometown. Believe it or not, supposed to be a very excellent program.

Nah, he said he's been working at a bar, and he has a place he stays at behind it. I'm guessing that would be pretty easy to check out as fact.

Do dumb people always say smart things like that?

The play exists in the show but the show is wrapped around the Necronomicon, which is shoved inside a Cthulhu statue, and is then imploded into the psychosphere. And all of that is wrapped in a panini sandwich of the nethersphere with a side of sriracha sauce, that the Dunwich Horror made himself.

Don't read it all dude, you'll go insane.

Ha, maybe, but with all the furrowed brow staring and the fact that somehow in a Zombie apocalypse no one knows any good jokes, Larry David may be the only savior.

You're just in the honeymoon phase.

Lol

Not so sure these two shows were meant to be compared.

I like how aged, strung out, even darker Cohle ashes his cigarettes in the "Big Hug Mug."

His daughter making Captain of the slut varsity team, can be interpreted as Marty coming to the realization that maybe there's more truth to Cohle's dark philosophy that the earth, and mostly the human species, is a " giant gutter in outer space."

Or, is he actually who he appears to be?

I don't know, but my feelings are hurt, and I will not be laughing in the tub tonight.

Rust reminds me of Jerry in that Seinfeld episode when he has to act depressed so George seems funnier.

Thank god for Woody Harrelson's comedic relief.

Classic, ground breaking shows, doesn't mean new, awesome shows aren't as good or better. The Killing, Top of the Lake, True Detective.

Ha, yeah, something like "I don't like your face. It makes me want to …do things to it."
