Barstool sucks but deadspin pretending it is a moral authority on everything the last two years has been equally annoying.
I don’t read barstool and think the founder guy is an asshole, but I’m also over Deadspin constantly harping against websites that are consistently more successful than Deadspin.
Amateur cook expounds at _great length_ on a super-simple idea. The instructions seem written for people who have no experience cooking and little common sense.
In a world of microaggressions. Welcome to deadspin.
It what world would that quote ever be appalling?
Don fucking Cherry needs to learn how to don fucking clothing.
What the fuck is he wearing? I mean, talk to me about The Proper Way to Celebrate a Win maybe after you learn The Proper Way to Dress Yourself.
Because this is a fucking snarky joke, not a goddamn U.N. Truth and Reconciliation committee
Why do I get the feeling this will be the only sympathetic thing ever written about a lacrosse player on this site.
If you read the comment section on any other popular website you will find that a majority have the same issue.

As much as I love this website, articles like this make me feel like I’m rooting for the Cardinals. This website loves to cover other websites issues, while ignoring their own failures with the same problems (via parent company in this case) and all the time pretending that they’re doing ‘sports journalism-ism THE…
I feel like the edgy sports websites are always going to have an internal battle between catering to the tastes of current sports fans with keeping an eye for how this is going to look five years from now. Remember, it wasn’t that long ago that Drew Magary called LeBron James a cocksucker. I don’t know how he feels,…
ESPN shut down their comments section last year. Tons of news outlets are going that way because they recognize that they’ve become cesspools. So Barstool is certainly not alone here. I was in journalism when the internet changed everything and comments sections were viewed as the Next Big Thing—a new kind of letter…
If Portnoy’s concerned that there are bigoted freaks who read and comment on his site, then he should know that shuttering the comment section isn’t a real solution to the problem.
I get that comments sections are hard to maintain, because no matter what website I go to, there is a plethora of racist, sexist shitheads that just dump comments everywhere they can (even my local san francisco newspaper’s comments section is overrun with racist, sexist conservatives who hate all the people who live…
I like how Deadspin always like to ‘well actually’ when people they don’t like do an uncharacteristically correct thing.
But they bought a lift kid and mud flaps! Their tires are super knobby! Did you see the tires? They should be allowed to go anywhere they can because they are so awesome. They did not spend all that money to drive around with the regular trucks.
“I bet you’d find a lot of cheap all-season tire tread marks from crossovers”
