I would love to see more craft corn beer. After all, use of adjunct is historically correct, appropriate for seasonal brew, and respects this country's grain "terroir," all the buzz words that beer nurds love.

Racer 5 is my go to IPA. It has the perfect balance that 90% of other IPAs fuck up somehow. And I like spicy rye whisky. So I guess Ill try it.

I disagree with your premise that Will is haughty when dealing with macrobrew (he just doesn't like this one particular one), but in general, to acknowledge that non-hoppy cheap skunky adjunct lager still tastes really good, even with all the options on the market, would be to acknowledge that fetishizing "quality"…

Maybe I don't know the difference between skunked beer and not skunked beer, and I am certainly not above being seen with PBR, Bud Heavy, and/or Lite, so I am not seeking the cache of a Neil Patrick Harris endorsed product, but if I am staring at the shitty selection of the gas station food…
