You didn’t correct the power figures. The much lighter atmosphere is going to dramatically reduce power output from these engines. Ballpark, these would produce 1hp on Pluto for every 300hp on Earth, though the turbo engines might produce slightly more power.

Learn a skill and capitalize on it. There are dozens of trades out there that are easy to get into and that pay more than $20/hr. Or learn to code and get a job paying more than that at 19.
