At these power levels, RWD wouldn't have improved the handling at all.

Wouldn't that just be a 228i with a detuned engine? That seems kind of lame when you can special order a base 228i for like $33k. A 220i would probably only be like $2k cheaper.

Peak torque is around 2200-4000 with Cobb's Stage 2 pack (which isn't out yet). Horsepower peaks at only 210 though, so the engine is definitely limited by the size of the snail.

So, I did some research and I think I've put together an accurate listing of engine weights:

The rest of the ecoboost lineup can handle crazy power figures, why should the Mustang be any different?

The 1.6L EcoBoost can put down 280ft.lbs to the wheels with I/E/T. This has 50% more displacement, so I'm sure it can be made into a monster.

That, and a lot of people are allergic to the idea of a turbocharged engine. By releasing the EB side-by-side with the Cyclone, Ford is giving people the opportunity to test the EB claims first-hand.

The Fiestas you're looking for are <—— that way...

They are cheap because they have awful build quality and it will cost you several thousands a year in just to keep it on the road. You can pretty much plan on being stranded at least three times a year if you drive one; especially a 10 year old one.

The GTI is a luxurious economy car and the WRX is a blisteringly fast economy car. For some people, enthusiasts included, the 210 HP of the GTI is plenty fast.

The BRZ is a decent replacement for the GS-R. It's the same size, weight, power, and — given a decent set of tires — will perform the same. It's the same price too, adjusted for inflation.

This wasn't much an unprovoked attack: this dog hunted down that child as though it intended to kill him.

But used, they spend most of their life in the shop...

While that transmission is in fact fantastic, it's somewhat unbecoming on a pure sports car like the F-Type, and it's seemed like a weird omission when compared to competitors like the 911 and the Corvette Stingray. I, for one, think a manual is what the F-Type always needed. It is what God intended.

Preludes are some of my favorite cars. They handle great and their engine just revs so quick and freely that they beg to be pulled to the redline with every opportunity.

You're going to replace your wife's 5 series with a WRX... Get real. You're one of those people who claim to love enthusiast cars, but constantly look for excuses not to buy them.

Mine rubs with 235s on the rear. There's no way to fit big enough tires on this thing without putting 911-style fender flairs on it.

Orange and blue are complimentary colors, so they are quite commonly paired. I'm not saying that I think it looks good, but the owners obviously made an effort to match their car color.

The BRZ isn't even slow compared to most European cars. There goes the theory that more horsepower would help this car sell better.

Nobody is buying this car up like crazy; they can't even move a 1000 of them a month.
