Don’t know about LA, but this is not a legal practice in 10 states. Some of them allow a discount for cash paying customers, but you have to post it throughout the store, and you can’t structure it as an extra charge for using a credit card.

Why would they fund it only until Feb. 8th if they weren’t asking for a vote until after Feb. 8th? They’d just extend it…
