I always dug the 400i as well. And then I finally got to see one up close a month ago. Looking under the hood, I don’t want to touch that. It has an upper alternator and a lower alternator!

After I’ve pulled it all apart. After I’ve made the repairs, sought out parts, set up parts, and every few days or weeks I’ll have a few hours to tinker. I worry most as the months go by, forgetting how the shit goes back together.

Some Ferraris prior to your 360 have the same kind of parking brake. It is nothing Aston specific.

Your doors need new shocks. It’s a tedious process.

Depending on which AMG model it is, you might not have a choice where it chooses to park. Some of them are starting to shut off while driving.

It isn’t my vehicle, and I would rather not publicly get into the debates that other forums get into on what is real, fake, copy, reproduction, etc. My knowledge on this one is limited to what I know, and could be slightly off. There’s a chance Patrick and Kurt could review it in the future and open up the details.

Nope, it isn’t one of the 50th anniversary reproductions. Those have not been built yet.

You are welcome to drop by sometime.

That’s not the only downfall of this car, lack of transmission cooler keeps this car going into limp mode after a few laps. They rectified this with the 2011 and up models from what I recall. Just search for “gearbox fault reduced function.”

Free to watch, just like youtube, then we’ll have to watch a 15 second Geico advert in order to see if it is clear to pass.

All those videos, cars, and exposure, yet he still uses a handheld cam for most of his stuff. Sigh.

It will only be a deterrent if it is poorly engineered, insecurely mounted, and really wobbly.

Is this the pearlescent white? very similar to bianco fuji from Ferrari’s color palette? If so, I hope Kurt has some better pictures. It looks fantastic in person. (crappy phone pictures attached)

“As your driving along in a straight line, they don’t actually impede safety.”

Needs more rivets.

Interesting. I also see that ‘75 GT4 to be next on the rise. Maybe not Dino price worthy (what the heck happened there?!), but classic.

The FF is one of the best cars to come out of Marnello but it is also a 2+2 and history shows that they will depreciate quicker than anything else produced by Ferrari.

308 for a well optioned Taurus price? Nope. Not even the ballpark. Not even for a base Taurus price. They are on the uptick and holding strong. Find a good 308 for 30K that runs and you have a solid investment. There are fetching 50-75K now.

It was called the Trulli-Train for a reason.

Ducts to the A/C condensor.

Even the steering column is coated in leather.

Agreed. The Rolls is the higher end of the BMW spectrum and on a different level. Bentley creates incredible pieces of rolling luxury, just shy of being a work of art.
