@Gomerboy: It doesn't matter what people download. People are. The interest for apps shows a healthy market. Also, Michael Scrip is right if you go compare it with the Android market. If anything, it's a lot worse there if you go by your argument.

People pause to reconsider wether or not to buy a 99 cents app because they know that they bought 4 the day before and 3 more the day before that. It's very easy to spend 30, 40, 50 bucks a week with apps without even noticing it. They are very well aware of this habit.

All that, but with a battery that lasts for 4 hours?

I've been using controllers for god knows how long and I completely understand how someone can find a certain controller and its layout more or less comfortable, but to me the reactions of some people seem a bit forced. Actual pain from handling a controller after a certain amount of time? Companies test these

@Franchisekiller: Haha.. I'm not angry at all.. I was at work and didn't have time to read up on it. It's indeed a suborbital flight they're after, but I still don't see this as being a real project, despite all the media coverage they link to. Why somethingawful.com? That alone takes away your credibility..

The Hoax alarm is never wrong. This is absolute crock. There is no way they have the resources to create something with a build like that that won't incinerate or fall apart 5 minutes after launch. Even if they somehow succeed to put a man into, or rather, anywhere near orbit, re-entry will be impossible, making this

Someone.. Please.. Find a series of pictures of where the woman rejects him and he ends up sitting there alone in the last picture, weeping over his failed attempt at being clever.

They'd better hurry up with figuring this stuff out.. Sooner or later there won't be enough oil around to even facilitate the complete make-over of h0w we collect our energy.

@archercc: My first mobile phone came with the first real softcase: A backpack. It was almost as heavy as I am and ran on steam.

@archercc: But Blackberry was so focused on corporate use, iPhone was like a gift from heaven for younger people. Hence its succes.

Come on.. The only real smartphone alternative was the iPhone until recently.. People who didn't want to have anything to do with Apple finally got their smartphone with the Android platform. Reason it's so successful, if you ask me, is because there's nothing non-apple that's even remotely appealing for anyone who

Firmware updates aren't -that- frequent. I don't even think it touches one per month. Game updates are only annoying if you stop playing games for half a year and pick them up again. If you're THAT casual, buy a DS and go ride a train all day.

Kinda embarassing they'll start bossing Americans around on Hiroshima memorial day. Have they not learned a thing.

Hidden devices. SECRET. Burgler comes in. Takes TV. Cables?. Pull. Prize.

@maythetechbewithyou: You say this without taking Windows Phone 7 into consideration? Thats a bold move.

@maythetechbewithyou: The iPhone community is kinda established already, though.. I find the Android fans a lot more annoying now with wanting their products to topple Apple.

@Jeff1741: Clear enough. I hope people can understand such simple reasoning.

I get it, Gizmodo.. I won't buy an iPhone..

@crazypills77: Yeah.. It's kinda hard for a lot of people to look at these kinds of things without trying to piss others off.
