I haven't used this trackpad yet, but I must say I'm quite content with the Magic Mouse.. I don't think I can go back to a normal mouse after a multi-touch one. Scrolling sites and whatnot is just so much easier and actually more natural.

No one but the people on techsites make a big deal out of this. Ordinary consumers laugh these kinds of lawsuits off just for what they are: Stupid. People sue whenever they see something they can make a problem of. Cats in microwaves, anyone?

I would go for a smoke generator.. Perhaps even chemical warfare. We have a fogging machine here at work and it looks pretty much the same in design. The flat nozzle suggests it directs its fumes forwards.

Geez, Giz.. I wish I still had my account..

@GabrielLuis: Naw.. From what I've heard, the tech is pretty reliable.. It's just that still a little expensive. Takes a while before you actually start to see it pay for itself. And from a consumers point of view, it's too much of a hassle, even though it's really not.

@GabrielLuis: I wouldn't be suprised if it ended up costing you money anyway.

@KamWrex: Actually.. Thats a redraw of a very old illustration about cannibalism in the middle ages.. It's almost the same, except for the head. That's pretty cheap.

It'll die out and have companies thinking harder on 3d experiences without glasses. This might turn out alright, I guess? Also: Isn't it also the fact that compared to the more and more affordable 3d tv's at home, the theatre 3d is kind of lacking? "I'll go see this stuff in 2d now and buy the 3d BRD if I like the

@Dr.Evil4.0: He ends with pretty much saying that the iPhone is still king amongst smartphones and that it's still going to sell millions upon millions solely because the average consumer doesn't read up on childish moaning on tech sites and will still buy the phone and love it unconditionally.

@DJEsch: I've been annoyed by that design choice with Nokia for over a decade. I agree.

That robot symbolizes the oppression of robots across the planet. It's kind of sad, really.

@pz: Apple pie.

73%, as of now, is happy with his or her iPhone.. This includes fanboys selecting the "No" answer out of spite.

They'll give a 2.5 hour show, presumably with Cirque du Soleil, about how to actually hold the phone. This will, ofcourse, be demonstrated by acrobats, elephants and handicapped children.

There you have it, people! They did it on PURPOSE!

Thanks for the review.. I was impressed by the hardware on paper, but I'm going for an iPhone now since this one is such a mess software wise..

@Hearthatvoiceagain: It's relevant if you consider theres a point from which people start moaning about it. If they raised all bars to max for the hell of it, it would probably lessen the amount of tears shed by 40%.

Wouldn't that be funny? Imagine if all iPhones released from now on have actually been fixed and are issue free? Sales will probably go Nagasaki from that moment on..

@Joe Stoner: Agreed. Readers of techsites really think too highly of their opinions and arguments. They're often childish and biased as well.
