That was my thought. In the buildup to it, all I could think was “Please don’t say Luke fucking Skywalker”, and they didn’t. But not only was it not Luke, they were nobodies. I loved that.

Agreed. Is the industry as a whole moving towards entirely digital? Absolutely. But disks are so integrated into how all of our media works, they’re not leaving for a long while.

I really wish that this game had been great. Love it or hate it, I easily got my money’s worth out of the first game and would have happily paid for the second if I could have gotten the same amount of time. Maybe when they release their “Rise of Iron” collection for D2.

I understand that a lot of people have issues with this game, but I simply adored it. I sunk almost 80 hours into it and got the platinum trophy, and aside from a few story issues *cough* Chapter 13 *cough* I loved every second of it.
