Just curious, not being a diesel guy. How are GM’s Duratec diesels? I’ve heard bad but took it with a grain of salt considering my source (some pissed-off guy).
I watched very closely, and nowhere did I see a driving scene with the shift lever in “Park” (my pet movie peeve) so I’m OK with the feline reverse peristalsis.
Actually there is...so I can pretend I’m still driving my ‘49 or my ‘91 Chevy pickup. If that isn’t reason enough for 3 pedals then I don’t know what is.
Karting is rather like life in general. You try to get ahead by following the rules, learning the best line through the corner, etc. only to have some beanbrain who could give a shit less about the rules and finesse wreck you.
I am double your age (whatever that works out to - I forget) but I remember (vaguely) being 36 and I was old. In fact, my oldest son is 36 and he seems old to me now - go figure....
Excellent but this has a better bass line
My Dad wanted a 442 so bad - he tried to buy one in ‘65 but demand was so high he couldn’t get one - instead he settled for an F-85 Deluxe with the 330 and Jetaway trans and proceeded to light the tires up at every stop with that instead. That was the car I first learned to drive on and it was certainly rapid enough…
Guy walks into an auto parts store and says to the counterman “I’d like a set of wiper blades for my Yugo.” Counterman thinks for a minute, then replies “OK - sounds like a fair trade to me.”
Personally, I’ll be looking forward to the “Meth Lab 500"
Would it be possible to incorporate a “.sml” file as well to capture the smells associated with the drive such as weed smoke, spilt beer and cheetos farts?
Fond memories of 3.5 BS’s with governer disabled on go karts during my teen years. Could outrun police vehicles in urban chase settings...just sayin’
I lived in SC in the seventies and eighties and the school bus driver situation was exactly the same as you describe in NC at that time.
They left out the most important part - how the repair/replacement bill affects your otherwise spiffy life. My wife, who is an otherwise wonderful woman, prefers automatics (although she can drive stick) so I “made” her watch the entire video (which she did).
I have a 2016 Colorado with the manual - they had to go to Mississippi to find it for me (I live in Georgia). How do you like that Eaton 6spd? I love mine.
“Untethered Snag”. That was such a great band, wasn’t it?
What’s the fine for no oil pressure at 64-66mph?
Thanks man!
