To a sane person, the distinction between valid criticism of Israel and anti-semitism is obvious:

Valid criticism: “Israel dropped white phosphorus on Gaza in January 2009.”

Anti-semitism: “They are all __________!!!!!”

To a rabid ideologue who wants or defends the eradication of Palestinians, they are both anti-semitism.

The yank and other governments never fixed the problem in 2008 (the incestuous banking/finance system without Glass/Stegall) so a repeat was inevitable.  All it did was put more dollars into fewer hands, leading to an eventual collapse of the whole system.

I did a quick and dirty program (read: I might have made mistakes) to calculate the 2018 NASCRASH season by the FIM points (25, 20, 16, 13, 11, 10, etc.) and best 16 results for each driver, no “playoff”.

A better system for NASCRASH would be the one Formula 1 used to use: Choose your best sixteen results over the season, not points from every race. And change the points system to finishing positions only, no more “laps led with a flat tire” or however they score it. Use the FIM’s point system for the top fifteen…

The same could be said about countries and societies. If you want functional, honest and progressive societies, you have to keep it small.

If you want to falsely claim, “old people are safe drivers than young people!”, you pick a place with many young people and few old people. You count the raw numbers, not the averages, to give the false impression that the rates are lower than they really are.

There’s an easier way to solve this, one that won’t require new safety technology: Build smaller vehicles with smaller engines. If cars had 80bhp instead of 280 and weighed 1200kg instead of 2600kg, you wouldn’t even need airbags.
