My favorite part of reading the old Mockingbird Lane review is how the reviewer talks about how Fueller only glances at darkness and needs to dive into it more.

It really is a deceptively hard voice to get right. People can easily approximate it, but since the goal is to be seamless between performers it adds a whole other level of difficulty.

But even then, these were real people. Maybe if he could find a way to do it in a way that when the violence started it didn't come across as the film's orgasm. But that hasn't been the case in any of his films so far.

As much as I enjoy Tarantino's work, there's no way his style will blend well with the true story of how real people lost their lives. It would just be too gross.

"You see kids sometimes in order to get great trade deals, a larger nation will offer to go to war if their trade partner does and that just keeps happening until any small thing can cause the world to split in two warring factions at a moments notice".

I think people just love the simplicity of WW2. These guys wanted to take over the world and commit genocide, these people wanted to stop them. It's as clear cut good vs evil as you can get.

When I go to the movies I using stick to Eattaing Popcorn.

I think it was because her thing with Savitar was that he accepted her as Killer Frost, where as Team Flash tried to shut down that side of her.

That was probably the best done twist I've seen on a television show in years and actually holds up really well on rewatch.

So nothing about all the dog whistling about "real Americans" then?

It's not that they visited. To me it's about everyone losing their minds saying, "oh it's great that REAL Americans are allowed to visit the WH again".

This wasn't about the "evidence" to him. It was about the betrayal. He wanted Chuck to know he knew, so he didn't want to be sneaky about it.

I know now the movie isn't the crowning piece of cinema I thought it was as a child, but damn, it didn't deserve that!

My friends in college made a game over mentioning that movie to me to get me riled up.

You know what? That's very true.

Oh agreed, apparently he gave them free range to make up quotes. (A dumb thing to let anyone do regardless of if you like them or not). If that's not actually the case than eh, he deserves the unrelenting mockery.

Yeah apparently the guy went on social media before this dropped being like "I said they could use my story to promote their matchmaking service in an article and gave them free range and apparently they came up with some pretty ridiculous quotes".

Well then pick a new thing to ask for on your birthday.

So the teaser didn't have anything on par with the amazing TFA teaser's "downed Star Destoyer covered in the sands of time" money-shot, but anything that gives Mark Hamill a big paycheck is good with me and I'm sure Johnson has some amazing visual moments in store that might not have been fully ready yet.
